WHERE YOU WERE SKATING?????? well ok, say this- first skating hills dowtown, walking with board frown Market Street and Water Street towards hills.

SITUATION?????? Skated down the hills, I was walking up the hill and bike cops ride up on us.

HOW DID THE POLICE CONFRONT YOU?????? Comes up and tries to get our attention, I kept walking, you know, I wasn’t doing anything wrong, and he wants ID’s. “Come over here” grabs me with all force, gets physical and I start getting defensive.

WHAT HAPPENS?????? Grabs my board, tries to arrest me by slamming me against the wall, cuffs come out, I start screaming “police brutality!!!” to the people around, backups come, people around, still got enough to say with my mouth, im talking shit, cuffed to a bar on the bench while they fill out paper work.

THEY WERE HAPPY TO HAVE A TROUBLE MAKER!!!!!!!! I spit on the ground, cop takes me bends me all sideways I fall to the ground and he tells me to “clean up the spit” I promise, I got witnesses.

WITNESS IS CONFIRMED- BO SAYS “THIS SHIT HAPPENED!!”

SO YOU WENT TO JAIL???????? Filed paper work, waited for bail and got a court date. This all happened in August. Court date was set for December 2002. Assault on police officer, law enforcement L.E.O. little alien. Resisting arrest for Talking shit to a cop.

GOT A LAWYER???????? I saw public advice on TV with Mr. John Salomen, years of experience.

WHAT HAPPENED IN COURT: Expected to drop assault charge, leave to resisting arrest, my lawyer tried to talk to the police officer to see if he was willing to drop the charges but the I think the cop was pissed and angry at the time, I don’t really know the events are blurry.

WHAT WAS THE CHANGE IN EVENTS: The police officer has picture evidence of his hand all scraped up during the skirmish and was using it as assault.

HOW DID THAT EVIDENCE CHANGE YOUR CASE: even though the cop was eventually willing to drop it the D.E.A. was not, so my lawyer advised me to plead guilty and the judge would give me 48 hours in jail plus probation.

YOU WERE NOT WILLING TO PLEAD GUILTY? Not willing to lie in court, not speak false in court at all!

BECAUSE YOU WANTED TO STAND FOR WHAT WAS RIGHT IN YOUR SITUATION AND NOT LYE, YOU……. Were informed to plea guilty, less jail and fine equals lying, so…

YOU SAID- Not guilty and got ten days.

10 DAYS: Yea, you wanna know what the officer said in court?

YEA: “In all his years of dealing in the projects and bad neighborhoods, he had never seen an attitude, NEVER an attitude worse that yours.”
